Almost the end of the Day Friday feb 29

snuck a peek from side of the house.. this is coming into the patio from the garage side of property..
oohh its fun to see the angles of the raised level as you enter ...
and look at how much work got done today! Our crew works hard! I am impressed..
They balance with a wheelbarrow full of concrete mixture. ( which they churn by hand) and walk across those planks of wood.. to reach the area that they are currently working on

umm .. lets just say.. that if i had attempted this.. Tony would have come home to 3 cement sculptures..
me... face down.
layla laid out with her belly stuck and her tongue half cemented..

and dasher. .. well hes too smart for that .. so maybe 2 cement statues..

Some sexy sketch up screen grabs..

02.13.08

Tony used his awesome Google sketch up skills and created a digital version of our backyard patio project

So sexy....

Its pretty fun to look at and imagine
how our backyard will look some day (hopefully soon)...

It's been a few days.. but here is the latest ...

the house is now sided with stucco ( on 3 out of 4 sides.. we are getting there)
we havent chosen what color it will be.. but we still have time to decide....

we also had the garage sided with stucco and a new window put in....

--- the air conditioner was removed from the back of the house and we just bought a new one that was installed on the side of the house..
looks sooo much better without that big clunker by the door...

more to come soon!
